MR. ‘GBAMILA OMOTOYE
PRESIDENT
Dr. Gbamila Omotoye, MBA, holds a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Leadership) from Walden University.
Dr. Omotoye is the President of MAKS Logistics Inc., bringing extensive executive leadership experience across organizational management, retail management, Oil & Gas, and auditing. He is a focused and results-driven professional with strong organizational expertise and a proven record of operational excellence.
A strategic thinker and effective team-oriented leader, Dr. Omotoye demonstrates exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. He is known for his independent judgment, disciplined execution, and ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and vision. His background reflects tested marketing acumen and a strong capacity for building efficient, scalable business systems.
Dr. Omotoye is deeply passionate about human capital development and the design of high-performance organizational structures that drive sustainable growth and leadership effectiveness.
MR. Brennan D. Goodman
Sr. Project Manager
Mr. Goodman has a B.S. in Biology with a Minor in Environmental Sciences and a M.S. in Agriculture Business. Mr. Goodman has 10 years of environmental and regulatory consulting experience highlighted by his technical competencies that include program development and management, site assessment, compliance auditing, risk assessment, and air modeling. Brennan is forward-looking constantly working to stay informed of regulatory changes targeting industry sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, and energy. Routinely acting as a liaison between businesses and their regulating agencies, his primary goal is to provide personalized solutions that customers can leverage to maximize business operations in a safe and environmentally compliant state.
MR. K.M Goodman
Mr. Goodman has a B.S. degree in Geology, 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and more than 34 years of experience in the environmental industry. Mr. Goodman has used his broad technical skills to bring solutions to Clients that are challenged with program development, implementation, and compliance. His unique technical skills include development and implementation of process safety and risk management programs, SPCC and SWP3 programs; and multi-media compliance audits.
